Saving Time & Money while Staying Safer According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), rubber mulch made from recycled tires provides superior shock absorption well within the established ASTMI criteria, and the environment becomes ADA compliant when a handicap accessible walkway is installed between the parking area and the equipment transfer station. The biggest drawbacks that I have come across are....if a community doesn't have a recycle program where they leave bins for you to use and put on the curb once a week...people generally just throw everything into the regular trash because they don't have time to go to different recycling centers, etc. Inspirational Quotes: It is common sense to take a method and try it; if it fails, admit it frankly and try another.
