He collects restaurants' used vegetable oil in drums or five-gallon jugs. The restaurants are happy to part with the oil. Otherwise they have to pay to dispose of it. "When people buy a vehicle knowing they can run it on veggie, everything changes," said Charles Anderson, owner of Greasel Conversions Inc., a Missouri-based company that sells grease engine converters to drivers around the country.
