Earth Day Groceries Project Earth Day Grocery Bag Contest at our Western Pocono Community Library on April 21st, 2001 from 12pm - 3:30pm. Come decorate brown paper bags for Earth Day! The Grand Prize, a recycled horse tire swing from Close the Loop will be awarded to the Most Original Design.
